Can you cure AIDS with another microorganism?

I am not a biologists( nor I have HIV…or at least I think so :)…but from what I read AIDS(HIV) can’t be cured because it mutates fast and the immune system + drugs can’t adapt to it. So…I am thinking, what if another microorganism which mutates as fast as HIV is injected in the body to fight the virus? Of course it can be mutating even faster than HIV to fight it.
