Okay, I have been at this job for a little over a year still don’t feel like part of the Team?

   The lack of chemistry within the team if your manager about this if your manager doesnt care its time to your manager about this if heshe.

   Some parts of your sentences aren’t complete. Stay. Sometimes it take awhile for people to get used to you and you to them.
